I ordered the wind chime and once I received it there was a spelling error (it happens, honest mistake) The same day of delivery I reached out to the sellers and received a very quick response apologizing for the inconvenience, like I said not that big of a deal. This is a super cute item and gift idea. I purchased mine for my mother in law for a birthday gift, and I'm sure she will love it! The quality of the print is really nice. I was expecting the item itself to be a little more heavy duty, but it's still very nice. One thing I did notice, which is minor, is that the ad photo shows white strings, and mine came with black. I like the look of the white better, personally. All in all, I'm very happy with the purchase and can't wait to gift it!
