Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery, except for items specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed

In original condition and packaging

With all original tags, labels, and hygiene protections intact
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or sent back to the customer at their own expense.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified quality issue:

Underwear, lingerie, shapewear, pasties

Swimsuits and close-fitting garments

Items marked as Final Sale or Flash Sale
These items are non-refundable if they have been worn, washed, or used.
How to Start a Return
Before sending any item back, please contact our customer support team to obtain return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We currently do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled only before production or shipment begins.
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Return Conditions Summary
Returns will not be accepted if:

Items show signs of wear, washing, or modification

Hygiene seals or tags are removed or damaged

Only part of a bundled/set product is returned

Items are stained, scented, or unsuitable for resale
All returned items must remain in resalable condition.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Clear photos or videos of the defect
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund without requiring the item to be returned.
Processing time for defective item claims is typically 1–5 business days.
Important Notes

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

Delivery packaging damage alone (outer box) does not qualify as product damage.

Refunds cannot be redirected to a different payment method.
